That’s right. It’s that time of year when classes have started up again after a (much needed) winter break! As for myself, I’ve been working nonstop since New Year’s on my thesis. Research is going well, but there is still so much to do.
I am horrible at posting anything on this blog, but I’m going to attempt to post at least once a week. That’s a stretch, but a stretch that I think should be pretty doable for me. The main focus will be food and health related, but I will also write about other things as well.
This post won’t count, so I’ll try to post something by the end of the week – I don’t have much time! Let’s see what happens!
